How to use

Apply a generous amount of HighOnLove Firming Body Oil to clean, dry skin. Using the wooden massage tool, glide with gentle to firm pressure in upward strokes—working from ankles toward thighs, or from wrists to shoulders. Use circular motions on the abdomen, and targeted strokes on hips, arms, and thighs to support lymphatic drainage and enhance absorption. For best results, use daily or at least 3 times per week. Clean tool with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use. Do not submerge in water.
